Summer Chili – Homemade & Healthy
Ground turkey breast, multi-color bell peppers, purple onion, garlic, black-kidney-pinto beans, celery, diced tomatoes, smoked chilies, shredded carrots, sweet corn, chipotle salsa, pure tomato paste, cumin, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook ground turkey, add other ingredients, bring to full heat, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Stir occasionally while cooking. Take 2-3 cups and puree in a blender and return to pot. Mix well and simmer for another 30-40 minutes. Garnish to your liking.
